Need help to choose between two job offers

Dear Expats,

Recently I have offered two positions in UK one in Colchester and the other one in Reading.
Both employers are willing to sponsor me and below is more details about them:

1- Colchester: Higher salary, 1year fixed term contract

2- Reading: lower salary and its permanent

If you were in my position which one would you choose to accept?
