A few questions for moving to London.

Hello, I’m looking to move to London in about a year and a half. I’m a dual citizen, so I don’t need to worry about immigration processes and whatnot. I had a couple different questions.
First, what neighborhoods in zones 2-3 are good? I’m looking for somewhere safe to live as well as somewhere that’s not incredibly expensive. I’d prefer to be no more than 30 minutes tube or bus ride outside central London if possible.
Second, what should I bring with me when I move and what should I sell before? I have a 60inch TV which I’m thinking would be more to move than it’s worth as well as a mattress and some furniture.
