Tier 1 (Investor) Visa

Hi
1. Does anyone know if husband and wife must move to the UK at the same time after visa approval? Can the dependent move to the UK later? If so, will the kids still be entitled to citizenship after meeting the "stay" and "funding" requirement of the main applicant?

2. For children applicant, is below 18 is counted based on the date of application, the date of visa approval or the date the child starts living the UK?

3. For eligible investor, can it be certificate of deposit issued by UK banks?
