Teaching English in Uruguay

Hello and thanks in advance for any information provided.

My wife, daughter (10) and I plan to visit Uruguay in September and may stay and acquire permanent residency. My wife has been an ESL (English as a Second Language) university professor for the past 20 years and speaks fluent Spanish. Can anyone tell me what opportunities she might have to teach English in Uruguay? We plan to settle in Montevideo. Thanks again for any timely advice.
