Requirements for enrolling to the health care system in Uruguay

Hi all,
We are planning a move to Uruguay within a month or so. Our main concern now is about enrolling to one of the decent English speaking hospitals in Uruguay because I am 23 weeks pregnant.
Does anybody know or has experienced similar situation like us, can give us some advice on this? We are afraid we won't be accepted by those hospitals. So we'd like to learn about their requirements and fees, especially for pregnant women as a visitor. Even tho we will submit our residency applications when we get there, but I don't think we can get an approval when the baby is born. All of your input would be very much appreciated.
