Looking for product resources in Montevideo

I'm having difficulty finding various things here in Melo, and I know that Montevideo is the best place to find anything in Uruguay. Unfortunately, I've not the connections there to research where to get the things I am looking for. I was hoping to find some people here who might know of some places where I can find things.

What I need:

Curing powders - for making sausages and smoked meats

Wine making supplies - specifically the yeast

Health food store - nutritional yeast, raw nuts in bulk, sea salt, various coconut products, miso, Braggs Liquid Aminos, Tamari Sauce, Namu Shoyu, Agar Agar, Psyllium, Lecithin, Agave Nectar, Carob, to name just a few.
