Service Technician In Uruguay

My family and I are moving to Uruguay sometime this year. I am a very good service technician able to repair Heating, Air Conditioning, refrigeration, cooking equipment, household appliances, electrical and plumbing for both residential and especially commercial. I have 28 years experience in the business.

My question is to anyone who actually lives in Uruguay......Would I have a hard time making a living in Uruguay? And, what part of Uruguay would it be best to locate in, with this kind of experience?
