Question About Our Plan

As I have stated in earlier post, I am a commercial and industrial HVAC/Refrigeration technician. I am not wealthy, nor ready to retire. Our family consist of myself (age 47) my wife, Maria (age unknown), our son (age 26, also in the HVAC business), His wife (age 20), My adopted son (age 26, also in the HVAC business), our daughter Lexi (age 18), our two sons (ages 9 and 11).

Our plan is to rent near (within driving distance) Punta Del Esta in the summer season to take advantage of the HVAC/R needs in that city and surrounding area. And relocate in Salto during the winter season for its low cost of living....Renting in each place.

We would probably need two homes to accommodate such a large family (9).

Any thoughts?
