want to go to uruguay family of four

We are coming from us. We've heard online that Uruguay is a safe and all natural place. No pollution or as much violence. And a good place to raise children. Our two girls are 3 and 5 and we are in our early twenties. We don't have college degrees are very much money to bring. Would it be hard to go there? Is it easy to buy and live there? Is it safe? Can we find a job or place to rent before we go there. We'd really love to talk to people who know what its like there. Also we don't speak Spanish but are willing to learn. We also get mixed emotions. Really happy and excited Because life there to us sounds like really living. But we also get scared I guess because we've never been to south America.
