need tips to build our own home

Hi Dear Friends,

We are two couples want to move to Uruguay. One of our main concerns is to have our counrtyside homes (two), built by own.
- Is there a limit for number of houses on a single land registry (owned by four partners) on agricaltural field?
- Any percentage limit respect to land area?
- Does it make sense, if the land is built up area close to a village?
- Are the duties and taxes fixed per area (house), or any gradually increasing cost structure?
- Do we have the chance to implement our own architectural plans not drawn in Uruguay?
- For all plans, architectural, static, electric, mechanic, vs, acceptance and permission offices, and/or legal authorities differ respect to situation of the land?
Any additional advise, information will be very much appreciated :-)
Thanks in advance...

Serhat
