Move to Uruguay

Hello everyone,

My Family and I are considering a move to Uruguay. We are from the U.S. We plan to put boots on the ground Soon for a visit. I Had a couple of questions:

1) I noted that The country has ratified U.N. Agenda 21 and the U.N. small arms Treaty both of which are nothing but Land and gun grabs to destroy national sovereignty.
I was wondering if anyone had any input on how these measures are affecting the country at this time or down the line.
2) Im also curious to how politically savvy the population is in general. The U.S population is generally clueless

3) Finally is there any individuals that I could contact to get direct assistance and advice on making contacts prior to a visit.
