Help! Crazy expensive! Possible job & help container clear

Estimates coming in for our move. Receiving crazy, expensive quotes to move container from the port to the Punta Ballena area. $3300-4 k to move the container a little over an hour.

1) thoughts on renting a truck & people to move our items from the port to our home

2) will we run into issues with hiring people to do move due to labor regulations in UY?

3) can we only hire UY citizens? Or can we hire residents & expats if interested? Want to do everything correctly.

Any ideas/advice will be appreciated.
