Will PTSD cause me problems while immigrate to uruguay?

i have the money to immigrate to UY.
but i am worried.
i saw u need to show a health history document in order to get permit residency.
I have PTST, its from my army service, it has become really minor and dosent effect my daily life.
im afraid they will cancel my request cus of that .

please help me know more about that, thanks.
