The state of public healthcare buildings

The medical union here is trying to get something done about the deplorable state of some public hospitals and clinics.
They have posted photos here

and are encouraging their members to add more.
Pictures include mould, rats and general neglect.

Apparently there is little money planned for public hospital infrastructure although they are hoping to increase this in 2017.
