Hello expats!
My name is Michael, I'm Dutch, 29 years old, hitchhiking and sailing around the world since 2014. New on this forum I'd like to ask you guys for a little help to get started here!
I plan to settle for a while in/around Uruguay and I'm searching for a job. I have a Dutch engineering diploma (Hanze University for Applied Science, Groningen) and a very broad curriculum. I learn fast, work hard and have excellent social skills. Now I'm searching for an entry-level job in the offshore or dredging industry (deckhand etc. or facility/catering). I look for projects and helpful contacts in Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Brazil.
Besides, I would also really like to meet people for social contacts or other (land based) jobs too!
