Education Tuition?

Hello Fellow Expats,

My husband and I are planning a extended stay in Uruguay this summer(US), with the option to stay permanently. We are planning to stay for 2-3 months in Montevideo. Our Daughter is 10 and in the Fifth Grade. She is English Dominant but is comfortable speaking small amounts of Spanish. We are currently debating different options for her studies abroad. In order to aid fellow expats in this position I will include what information I have gathered.

We are hoping that some of you can aid us in our search as well.
1. What is the over all yearly tuition cost of the American primary school? In Uruguay peso or USD?
1a. The yearly tuition of the German, British, and one or More Private Primary Schools?
2. Have any of you or international friends considered Online schooling? From your native country or another?
2a. If you choose another country why? what was the cost. In rough amounts?
3. Tutors and Second langue help? Yes We know about Rosetta Stone and Duolingo...Is there any other local options you recommend for children?
