Reccomendations for a progressive doctor

Uruguay demands Tetanus vaccinations as a condition of residency. We are not fans of mercury laced, multiple illness vaccines, or antibiotics for that matter. Tetanus vaccine is the only vaccination I have ever considered worthwhile, but we do not want it combined with Diptheria and and/or any other vaccination, just a TT only vaccine. Can anyone recommend a doctor here who understands these issues? We are in Departamento de Maldonado, but can certainly travel to MVD.
