income tax requirements for a couple?

hey all, ive been living in chile for a while with my girlfriend and been thinking coming back to urugauy for good with her, buy a nice plot of land...

she works a "matrona"(midwife), so i think she can have some good work opportunities in uyu...

my question is if we need to pay the income tax in order to live in uyu forever, do they calculate it per person or for us both as a couple ?
what is the amount of this tax and the bureaucracy that might be needed?
