Pet insurance options?

Hi. We'll be relocating back to Uruguay at the end of the year with our cavapoo. We are interested in knowing what kind of pet insurance policies they have there. Here in the UK we are with Tesco and have premier cover (7500 GBP a year). Our puppy is having x-rays and an operation for fluxating patella right now and costs around 2500+ GBP for the operation and xrays etc. All covered luckily. We're concerned about what options we have for him over there. Thanks
