roofs quincho? tile?

Has anyone had any experience with replacing a quincho roof with a tile (terra cotta Spanish style) roof?

If so - was it a LOT more expensive than having the quincho completely re-done?

Does anyone know any good roofing people in the Maldonado PDE LaBarra area that they could refer?
