Casa drainage problems

Hi,

Recent rains have shown drainage difficulties with our place in El Pinar. I thought to install gutters but have not been able to find any information or seen any places with gutters. Does anyone know of any gutter companies that install or sell them?

Also, does anyone know of crews/companies that might dig around a foundation and improve drainage, perhaps adding gravel and/or digging channels away from the house?
Thoughts or information anyone has would be much appreciated, thank you.
