Corned beef/Pastrami or other food to go.

Been totally Jonesing for some good Pastrami and haven’t found any here. If you know of any please let me know.

Tienda Inglesa sells some flavorless gray lump of meat they call Pastami but not even close.

So being quite good in the Kitchen I have started to make my own, actually my own of many many things.

Anyway, friends keep pushing me to open a restaurant and to serve some of the things we take for granted in the US but can’t find here, particularly the more ethnic dishes.

So I am thinking about making some of these dishes in bulk for friends who keep bugging me and offering to pay.

Any interest out there in the occasional purchase of things like that?

Cold sesame noodle, Bbq pulled pork, Korean beef, brisket or pastrami, corned beef and cabbage. I am open to suggestions and special orders.

I love living in Uruguay but the restaurants are pretty boring!,
