Fly Fishing

In town for 3 weeks from Los Angeles with the family and I hoping there were a few fisherman on here. I'll be staying in a few different locations while I'm here. La Tahona (just east of the airport), Piriapolis, and a few days in Cabo Polonio.

Anyone have any tips or advice on locations and fly types?
