22% VAT discount - not at Las Delicias

Hi all,

Most of you may be aware that we get 22% discount on the net cost at restaurants etc if we use a foreign card.

I was wondering if anyone had bought ice cream at 'Las Delicias' in Carrasco.
I had hoped for a discount there but they didn't apply the 17934 law.

Does this establishment not fall under the correct category or should I have spoken with them?

Just to know for next time as my family eat a lot fo ice cream! :)
