House supplies

We are Americans who recently purchased a small home in Uruguay about 30 minutes inland of Jose Ignacio. We have no idea where to start in regards to purchasing basics for the home such as mattresses, pillows, rugs etc. Can anyone recommend a place that is affordable and a go-to for people? What about kitchen items such as utensils, plates, cups and appliances? Any help would be greatly appreciated. We do not know where to start.
