I find myself very confused about the BPS system. I pulled this from the gov website:

Contribuciones especiales a la Seguridad Social Patronales 9 %
Contribuciones especiales a la Seguridad Social Personales 17,9 %
Cargas salariales 29,9 %
Seguro Nacional de Salud 9 %
BSE 6 %
Total aporte unificado de la construcción 71,8 %
(1) La tasa fue establecida por Decreto 341/2018 de 22/10/2018, con vigencia 11/2018.

Caja de Profesionales Universitarios 4,00 % (2)
Total 75,8 %

Does this mean that BPS adds ¡¡¡ 75% !!! on top of actual materials and labour?
