First visit

My husband and I are planning to visit for the first time. We are thinking February of 2022 but flexible. Ultimately we want to retire aboard so this is our first exploratory visit. We are in our 40’s and gay. I’d love to hear from you all as to what we should experience to get a taste of Uruguayan expat life. We plan on Montevideo and Punta del Este and that’s as far as I gotten :-)
