Queer Co-living Community

Exploring putting together a co-living community space in a large house, estate, hostel/hotel. 4 of us currently, 2 work in tech, 1 is a grphic designer, and one psychedelic therapist, I use Session to chat (getsession.org - it's an app) -- My ID is 053b9fd0b1fd7df7156222a21b181239e4f9798e2620ed77f7ded81d011f0b3776

Goal is 10 or so people, and no more than $1000 a person for rent, although this is flexible depending on what we find. Currently in Palm Springs, CA, and will be renting our place here if possible, an option if needing a pit stop on the way out.
