Many people ask me what there is to do where I live in Maldonado. Not about to list it all here but wanted to tell you all about the free outdoor concert that was given to commemorate the 165 anniversary of the local Orchestra last night. It was free and given in front of the Hotel de Lago. It was fun and enjoyable and not stodgy classical as anticipated…. Maybe the photo of a cello on the brochure gave me the wrong idea.

So just want everyone to know that things pop up and you should take advantage when you can
