Travel with Pets?

Hi,
My biggest issue now is how to move my two cats. I wonder how others are moving pets. Now the flight is stops and 16 to 20 hrs. How can you give them a break from the crate, give a bathroom break, feed/water?
Can one person take 2 cats? Is there a speciality transport service. One of my cats is an active loud talkers, some sedation will be needed, but it probably won’t stop him talking, do others get upset with noisy animals.
