Considering moving to VN with a 3 year old & 1 year old

HI, Just wondering if someone could advise me on will my two little boys cope with a move from Australia to Vietnam. Looking at living somewhere in Asia for 12 months, VN is on top of the list. Do you think its a good idea with two little boys?
