Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has experience working for this company: http://www.oec.edu.vn. They have a very attractive offer to teach english in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh. I'm not very familiar with either of those cities, so any advice on those cities or this program would be very helpful. Thanks!
