Int Schools

Currently I am considering an offer to move to HCMC Vietnam.
However I would have some concerns about scholing, my children (borne and raised in Italy) ofcourse will ahve to attend an international school and since I have not found any school stating explicity language support for Italians I am wondering if there any persons that had a similar experience and that would like to share this.
