Are you are a women expat living in Vietnam

How do expat women feel living in Vietnam? I read a ladies comment on the forum and she didn't like the male dominance of the culture and left because of this. I know it is differnet then western culture and not expecting it to be the same but I have 3 daughters and would love to hear from other women expat families who have children going to the international schools and living in Vietnam.
