Beautiful skyline and perfect cuisine at TOTT

Love the view from TOTT. Ho Chi Minh’s skyline is so beautiful on a clear night. The décor and cuisine match the view perfectly. My wife loves the Black Forest cake on their October menu. For me, I’d have to pick the German Roasted Duck as my favorite. Definitely want to grab these again before the promotion ends.
