Settling into Ho Chi Minh City

My buddy and I just moved into Mayfair Suites near Pham Ngu Lao. We both work for an international firm in District 1. We find the place to be comfortable and convenient with good bars and restaurants nearby. Also, we enjoy having a cinema and grocery store just down the block on Nguyen Trai street.

As for the accommodations themselves, we really enjoy the sound system and TV provided in the apartment. Sometimes after work it’s just relaxing to lie on the couch and have a snack from the kitchen and watch a movie. Our rooms are private and the beds comfortable, so overall it’s been a pleasant experience.
