moving to VN 2013, advices needed

Hi all, new to the forum.
I am a viet kieu planning to move to VN early in 2013 for personal reasons. I am still a bit lost about job searching (luckly never had to). i am 30 and I work as a warehouse and product manager for a book distributor in Italy. but since I have no college degree, I wonder how difficult finding a job could be in VN. My italian and english language skills are good, my vietnamese is basic. Pretty vague and naive question, I know, but did anyone experience looking for a job without a degree? Any advice, besides online searching?
