Various costs

Hi all,

Am preparing a move to Vietnam and would appreciate some advice on what the following could cost:

- Mobile phone subscription
- Internet subscription
- Maid - not live-in
- Driver - or Driver with Car
- Guard (we are planning to live in a Villa)
