moving to vietnam

Hello to all. Several months ago i met a wonderful lady from HCMC. I have met her in person and we would like to get married. She does not want to move to US so i have decided to move there. I am 50 years old and work as an automotive technician. I am getting ready to start a TELF course so I can Teach English. My future wife has a good job there in management. Any suggestions that would be helpful will be appreciated. I do not think getting a job will be to hard, just wondering about what I need to do to stay there for several years or longer.
