Any expats in Haiphong?

Hi,

My name is Andy, from the UK. I have lived in Haiphong with my Vietnamese wife and children for the last two years.

Generally, I am keen to know if there are any other expats in Haiphong. It would be good to meet up on a regular basis (say, once a week) and exchange ideas. More specifically, my wife and I have been doing some ad-hoc English teaching and want to expand this as a business.
