Moving to Viet Nam

I plan to move to Viet Nam in September of this year. Can someone provide me with a list of the things I will need to do to prepare for this trip? For example, I have a passport. Do I need a visa? Do I need immunization shots? If so, which ones? Your assistance is very much appreciated.
