medical marijuana

i'm 70 and legally use medical marijuana for
severe arthritis. i'm considering retiring to vietnam. i don't expect vietnam to honor my medical status but will i be able to use
marijuana there? will i be able to buy it?
have others had my situation and if so how was it for them?
