Moving to Vung tau

Hi,
I am planning to move to Vung Tau shortly with my wife and 2 year son. I have seen a few posts on this topic but would appreciate feedback from other members who are either living there or have lived there in the past. I would like some basic info to start with:
Are there a lot of expats in Vung Tau and how is the social life there?
Are there any social clubs for networking for the family?
Are there English or international schools which allows children to interact in English?
Are there community events for the family to keep them busy during the week?
