I find this site very useful in helping me understand what to expect before moving to Vietnam.

I have some questions that I have yet to see any discussions on yet:

Is tap water safe to drink or is bottled water the best way to go?

Are there any communities where expat communities generally reside in HCMC?

Is owning a car useful, expected and normal, how expensive is fuel?
