Asking for Advice: ESL Teaching Jobs for Filipinos

Hello There,

I am a Filipino currently in the Philippines. I am planning to work as an English teacher in Vietnam and I am currently looking for options, thus, I'd like to request for your advice regarding working as an English teacher in Vietnam. What are the requirements that I need to have?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Do I need to have TEFL, TESOL certificate etc? I am considering taking TESOL in one of the schools there. Can you recommend good ones?
Is finding a teaching job easy for Filipinos?
What are the advantages of working there as well as the disadvantages?
Is it safe to live/work in Vietnam?
