Need traveling companion for Vietnam trip

It's seems quite difficult to find chat rooms or contacts in Vietnam for someone I can meet in Vietnam to show me around. I'm a guy traveling by myself and would like a contact BEFORE I go. Not sure what part I want to travel to yet, maybe the smaller towns. I have never been to Vietnam before and would feel much more comfortable with a local there. I prefer a woman simple because I'm a guy. I have not traveled in a long time and this place sounds very unique and I'm curious. IF anyone can help me out finding a contact, I would very much appreciate it. Maybe some website or chat rooms. I don't want to sign up for these "paid" websites.
