Attitudes to disability

I am seriously considering relocating to Vietnam and would appreciate any feedback on this topic.

I am unfortunately disabled myself MS,however i am able to work and suffer from some mobility issues.

I have worked around Asia for the last 4/5 years primarily with children and young adults on the autistic spectrum,but i am struggling to find anything on the web regarding autism in Vietnam.
