Saigon Pearl apartment for rent as a beautiful picture beside the Saigon river, is located in a very prime location, surrounded by the a fresh natural space, is combination of art works of modern architecture with a vast ecosystems nearly in the heart of the Ho Chi Minh city.
On a taxi, it is 6 minutes door to door to get to the center of town. Address: 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Binh Thanh district.
We are have a 3 bedroom apartment (140 squared meters). We are renting out the master bedroom.
Who we are: 2 working-professionals in their 30s (female). Very easy going and friendly. And 1 working professional who will come from Singapore to spend about 1 week out of the month.
Who are are looking for: Prefer to rent to a female, clean and considerate.
The apartment is lightly furnished.
Saigon pearl is the luxury apartment. The best location since it is so close to town and yet surrounded by the Saigon river and lots of green and breezy space. It has a gym and swimming pool (but for you have to pay separately for gym membership). The surround space is very lovely. We go for a morning run every morning.
We have two rooms. You will have two options to select it.
A small room $350 for a private smaller room (has no bed but has a clothing cabinet in it)
Or a master room $490 per month for the bedroom (has private bath, a bed and mattress in it)
** There is a construction next door. During the day, there are some noise. At night, it is ok.
