Legal, full retirement in Vietnam

Hi! As you will see i,m a newy on this sight,but not to VN have holidays there 5 times now and love it.. My question is simple..Can Ozzie ,US and UK Citizens etc be legally allowed to retire in Vietnam ? whether they own a business or have a company structure or be part of a local company etc. Surely there must be a way that legally allows expats to retire in VN. Also how many expats are allowed to stay in VN as partners to a business? Just wanting to know how myself my wife and 6 other couples we know follow the dream to live and retire in VN. Please inform me if this question has been successfully answered elsewhere on this forum. Thanx to all.
