What is required to marry Saigon girl and move to Saigon....from U.S.

I have a Viet GF, and am thinking about moving to Saigon, marrying her in Vietnam, and moving from the US to Vietnam.

What do I need to do....paperwork, visas, etc., etc.

I have a good job...I can live anywhere I want and will be travelling usually at least once a month out of Vietnam for my work.

PS-I have never visited Vietnam...met my GF elsewhere
